Strategy Advisory
Based on a client mandate, we develop and design concrete solutions for corporate, foundation and individual clients, often around positioning and strategy questions centering on impact and intelligent deployment of change resources. We also identify and incubate high-impact high-efficiency opportunities for collaborative social change.
Recent ongoing and completed strategy assignments include: assisting in the design of a comprehensive long-term corporate responsibility and sustainability strategy and framework; the creation of a sustainability board for a large German holding company and its affiliates; as well as the design and incubation of a donor and investor-led, impact-focused collaboration and knowledge management platform to help resource and incubate the next practices required to significantly advance the social sector’s alacrity in the face of complex challenges for a group of philanthropists. Over the course of the decade, the initiative aims to facilitate a transition to shared expectations by donors, investors, intermediaries, and beneficiaries alike around effectiveness, mutual accountability, and efficiency.
